A wonderful video featuring the passionate Colombian cycling photographer, Horacio Gil Ochoa. His evocative black and white images show the frightful and often muddy condition of the roads back in the day, and the difficulty of cycling in Columbia. He says about Andy Hampsten, when Hampsten came to Columbia to race, “That guy could climb as fast as a bullet. The first stage of the race he did, we saw him climb, and we were speechless. Our jaws dropped.”
