It’s far from being my rarest or most valuable bicycle, but I’ve put the most miles on my modified ’71 Raleigh International. The 46 year old still does the job in style and comfort. Rides I’ve completed on my Raleigh in the last three years include: the 2015 Eroica California, the Mt. Lemmon Hill Climb, several centuries, a few camping trips, and a ride from Orange County to Carlsbad, and rides associated with the Classic Rendezvous Weekend in North Carolina.
This documentary is a nice window into Raleigh’s place in British cycling history.
